Who should I contact with questions?

For most purchase-related questions, please contact the seller:

  1. Edit / cancel order --> Fast cannot modify or cancel an order
  2. Update / add a coupon to your order --> Fast cannot confirm validity of a coupon
  3. Inquire about shipping status --> Fast only sees order shipping status based on the tracking number provided by the Seller
  4. Request a refund --> Fast processes refunds at the seller's request, if needed
  5. Request a return --> Fast does not have visibility into sellers' return policies

For most transaction-related questions, please chat us directly here or in your Buyer Dashboard

  1. Confirm whether a charge succeeded
  2. Confirm that there was no duplicate charge
