How will I get paid?
Fast Checkout payments are settled after 2 business days, and paid daily to your bank account. Once you have filled out your Business Details and Bank Details, you will receive daily payouts into your bank account for payments made on your store through Fast Checkout. The first payout may take up to 7-14 days after receiving your first successful payment, as your account is being established.

Does Fast handle promo codes?
How do you handle transaction fees when a customer purchases multiple items on multiple product pages?
We batch these transactions in the backend. Batched transactions will help sellers increase average order value, decrease shipping costs, eliminate the issue of cart being used as a wishlist, and improve up- and cross-sell conversion.
How does Fast handle multiple shipping options, such as overnight, same day, standard?
We present all available shipping options to buyers on the order confirmation screen. We default to the cheapest shipping option.
How does Fast handle minimum shipping thresholds?
If a buyer purchases multiple items via Fast Checkout, we batch these transactions in the backend. Once the total transaction amount is over the threshold, the free shipping option will be reflected during checkout.
Does Fast offer subscription functionality?
Does Fast Login or Fast Checkout increase site loading time?
No, we do not.
How do refunds work?
You can issue either partial or full refunds. There are no fees to refund a charge, but the fees from the original charge are not returned.
How much do disputes cost?
Disputed payments (also known as chargebacks) incur a $15.00 fee. If the customer’s bank resolves the dispute in your favor, the fee is fully refunded.
