When a refund is processed for a foreign currency, how does Fast process it?

When Fast processes a refund, we refund exactly the amount we received in the currency that we received. For example, if we processed a transaction for $347.89 USD, we would issue a refund for $347.89 USD regardless or what currency the customer’s original purchase was made in. The customer’s bank will make the conversion back into their original currency based on prevailing exchange rates. This means that customers who receive refunds from Fast may sometimes receive less or more of their original currency reconciled back into their bank accounts depending on prevailing exchange rates.
